I got a phone call from a Irene Watson, she stated i was selected ror 7000, because i paid my taxes on time for x amount of months. she stated to pay a one time 250 witch was to be paid back to me, and that i would receive 7250 back. she gave me a comformation #. Is this a scam? my email is [email protected] email me back. Let me know if this is a scam. THANK YOU.
