I performed a mystery shop at Midas. Michelle denied payment and erroneously deactivated me. I went into Midas and the manager said he had no idea that I was a mystery shopper. I contacted Midas and they had no idea I was a mystery shopper. Michelle is too stubborn to admit that she is wrong and pay for the shop. Her basis for not paying me is she said that I was identified as a mystery shopper multiple times. I performed a shop for Scheels and the Intelli-shop manager Brian Caldwell contacted them about their employee parking in the handicapped spot without a placard which I have. Brian said I did nothing wrong but that he have me go back there for a little while until they forget me since they had to look at the tape. Michelle ignored all my phone calls and emails for months. When I finally got ahold of her she said that she doesn't reverse account shutdowns. Not even when it is caused by her ignorance of the facts. I am going to take Intelli-shop to small claims court seeking payment. I have contacted Midas also seeking payment from them. Intell-shop should get rid of an employee who is so pigheaded and stubborn to the point of ignorance.
