I helped my dad file his FAFSA, January, he received an email from www.fafsa-application.com. It didn't sound right, but we filled it out, until the end. It asked for $78.00. I was taken back, I then realized it was a .com and not a .gov, and FAFSA is free. I contacted my school to make sure he's okay with his financial aid, and he was.
