This is ongoing since we purchased our manufactured home in Oct., 2007. Which is paid in full, free and clear! This company keeps "selling" the property to different "management" every year and INCREASES the site rent every year, using this as a "legal" action. yet, NEVER giving any improvements, services and or amenities to qualify this action. AND, it is sold, "as is", which means the new owners MUST fix and be responsible for everything. They are NOT!! NOTHING IS BEING IMPROVED OR TAKEN CARE OF! We are going to find legal representation, just like California did! The children here have nothing to do, as the management doesn't even keep up the one and only tiny play park for them. We have NO POOL, NO TENNIS COURTS, etc. as advertised. This is disgusting!!!!
