On February 15, 2016, our house in Pensacola, Fl received damage from tornado activity in our area. Next day my husband signed a contract with NCS, Inc, represented by Bill Moore. We received insurance check on that same day, 2/16/16 and over-nighted the funds to NCS, Inc. on 2/19/16. Mr. Moore said work would begin in about two weeks. That was our last contact with Mr. Moore. Calls to the phone # 407-442-2815 on his business card is for an answering service in Orlando. No one has ever answered our messages. We were in contact with Missy Walker-Jones (904-210-7959), district manager, who was not able to help, continually saying "work is scheduled two weeks out". She no longer answers our calls or messages. Connell Stallworth, CJ, came to Pensacola on 5/19/2016 to inspect and take pictures of our house, just as Bill Moore did 3 months earlier. He no longer answers our calls or text messages (904-515-8493 or 866-556-1374). It is now 6/10/2016, 111 days since we sent our insurance money to NCS. Money has not been returned, work has not been done, cannot contact the company.
