I sold an item on ebay for $25.00 to an international buyer. This"buyer" said they did not get the package after only 2 weeks and opened a case. It can take a month or more for first class packages to go through customs. I have been a seller for over 3 years on ebay and have a perfect record for items being delivered. I find it very suspicious and hard to beleive the item was not delivered because a case was opened so early. This buyer's name is waterjens, and he/she is from Germany. Use caution when dealing with this person. They are not honest! All I have is a customs form number and a receipt to prove the item was shipped. I really want justice to be served and I want others to be aware of this type of scam that eBay does noting about. Mail fraud is a felony and should be taken seriously!

I am the accused person from the complaint report above. Nothing happened to the seller, but a request at the beginning to "please, check the shipment", because the item was not arrived after 3 weeks, while other items I bought later in the US were already arrived. He finally was not helpful (e.g. send me a copy of the postal receipt) and wrote back a daffy mail he has reported it to the FBI and Interpol. I got the impression he want to kid me and opened a case to solve the problem with the help of ebay. Finally I got 11 accusive mails on ebay by the seller Jeremy Worden, ebay name shane_skywalker. His scambook report above is one part of heavy slander he has done. In the meantime the item arrived and I closed the case. I asked him for deleting his defamatory statement on scambook, but he did not react. For this reason I wrote an own complaint report about the sick things happened to me. Read details on
