I thought I was getting the applications to renew our passports. I got the forms, filled them out and went to mail them in. I called the phone number on the form and got a recording that took me no where. I went back into their website and realized I got a company that charges you to expedite and authorize your passport. I tried all the phone numbers on their website and if they weren't in service, I got the same recording as before. Now I can't send my passport renewal to them because I can't get a live person to talk to. I am out over $500. I sent an email to their [email protected] and have not received an answer. Can anyone tell me what I should do now?
