I ordered this program which was advertised as free except for the $2.99 s/h charge. I was even told via email that I need not wait for the cd that I could go to their site, sign in an begin using the product, I went to the site, looked around and opted to return another day. That was a week ago, now, today I discovered that they have taken over one hundred dollars for a FREE SERVICE!!! What type of scam are they running. Students can not afford to be fleeced by programs designed to help them. I am with Denise, I will get my money back if not on my own then with the assistance of a lawyer and the Feds since they are advertising on a government website.
