This could have been much worse. I heard a radio commercial for a free trial of new probiotic, just pay shipping. I called and decided to get a special that included 2 bottles for $29.99 and another digestive enzyme for only 0.99 shipping. Full refund guarantee if I was unhappy with the results, just mail back the un-used portion. I received that product quickly, but was unsatisfied. I called to get return information to find that the next shipment was "already on the way" and was charged $69.95 since my trial period was up. I cancelled all accounts with them, but was told I would get a full refund once they received my return. I returned and was only refunded $19.99 and $59.95. $10 short on each order. Customer Service told me this was a $10 restocking fee for each item. I had to pay the return shipping. So far this free trial turned out to be $27.79, but it could have been worse. Do not get scammed by this deal
