I called the several numbers that the internet provides and I finally got a person named 'Trevor'. He told me that the fine print on the program was not $4.95 but that if I did not call within 15 day from the time of the order that I would be charged immediately the $99.00 and $89.00 dollar amount for the product. I told him I had just received the first product although I had ordered a month ago and that it never arrived. He looked at my account and said that the second shipment had been already made and that I would be charged for that also. I asked for him to give me the company address and a contact and he did not have any information he could give me. I asked him where he was located and he said Utah. I asked him for a company telephone number and a place where I could talk with someone to resolve this complaint and to stop the payment. He said that he did not have any number or address and that since it already showed that it was shipped that I would be charged for both although I said I had never received the first shipment. He gave me a cancellation verification number. I asked him to call a supervisor so that I could get a place to file a complaint and send a certified letter to get this resolved. He said he would get someone on the phone. I remained on hold for more than 20 minutes with music but no-one ever picked up and i could not get him back on the phone. I would like to become part of a class action law suit against this company.
