I was contacted about an advertisement that I had allegedly "authorized" in March 2014 for a listing in their business directory. I was told this was a verbal agreement, but we have no record of such a conversation. I was told that they had a message that we requested to discontinue our ad and would receive a final bill for $ 799.00. I requested all pertinent documentation related to the "transaction" which they said they would send a hard copy of all transactions in the past two years. They also mentioned that the "Blue Book" was sent to us on two occasions, which I have none in my possession. I will not pay for services I did not authorize.
