I bought from them, tried to get in contact with them at every hour of the day, been thrown off with excuses such as our supplier isn't online, or I'm organising it now or we are out of stock. That's if I'm lucky, 90% of the time their customer service doesn't reply or just says 'please wait while i check' and stops talking and I've been waiting a week.
Has anyone had a successful trade with them yet?
