ON FEBRUARY 21, 2016 I ORDERED FIVE BOURJOIS LIPSTICKS FROM NIKKI COSMETICS IN ENGLAND. I GOT A MESSAGE FROM A COMPANY CALLED MAGENTO THAT MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED AND I WOULD RECEIVE ANOTHER MESSAGE (EMAIL) WITH AN ORDER AND TRACKING NUMBER WHEN IT WAS READY TO BE SENT OUT. WELL, IT'S TWO MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS COME. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO NIKKI COSMETICS AND THEY KNEW NOTHING OF THIS ORDER. I WOULD LIKE MAIN WEBSITE STORE TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND DO THE RIGHT THING. MY ORDER # IS 100000117.
