Sophia Addison and Ebay Financial Department

On April 4, 2016, I saw a boat advertised on craigslist and I responded that I was interested in the boat and would like to see more photos of the boat. A few days later I received an email from Sophia Addison that she wanted to make a fast sale on the boat because her husband had passed away a month ago and she was now the rightful and was ready to sell. I received another email from Sophia Addison that she had notified ebay protection services about assisting in the transaction so that neither one of us would get screwed on this transaction. Later I received I received from ebay with instructions on the transfer of funds that would until I received the boat and once that I was completely satisfied with the item, the seller would receive the money. I complied with the request. On 4/12/2016, I received another email from ebay that because of the substantial value of the item, under federal law it this transaction would have to be reported. I needed to send $1,000.00 for insurance that would be returned to me once I receive the boat at my location.
