I found an unauthorized deduction from my account from RESVGLOW. Went through several phone numbers before reaching a person who told me she was the "answering girl". I received no further contact. I also found another deduction 3 weeks earlier from a company called "BidRoyalHelp.com". Don't know if they are connected. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. Now I have to contact all of my automatic payments. Nice.

I have just had a similar thing. They charged me $23.95 on 15/07/11. I have only trialed a product myself. How do we get a refund? -
