Purchased item # K1109220 (pair of replacement headlights). Received light assemblies last Wednesday, 3/30; installed by a reputable body shop on Friday. Drove car Friday night and lights were out of alignment. Took the car to a repair shop to align lights. Turning adjusters was ineffective. Called Ketech this AM about defect. Was told that I was number 40 in the queue to have my email answered. Lights need to be returned in order for Ketech to send replacements. Can't drive the car without headlights...duh. Tried to call. Receptionist RUDE and offered no solution. Waste of $322. Company's return policy also calls for a 12% restocking fee. Really?
