Someone has been calling me a lot of times and saying I owe a 300.00 payday loan I never paid. I told them I did not owe a payday loan from last year the date of 3/28/2015. The interest has now made it 550.00 . They say if I don't pay it today it will go on up. I called the phone number back 4 days later to see if they had found the mistake and they said no and the price now is 750.00 and after tomorrow it will be proceed to court and the cost there will be over 2,000.00 . They said someone had tried to serve me , call me, email me, and they would next serve me a court date if not paid immediately. This seems like a scam to me . When I called back today the date had changed to 7 years ago as to when I borrowed this 300.00 payday loan. I told the lady on the phone that I was calling my attorney who handled my problems and see into this matter. My attorney called the # I gave her and they kept hanging up on them on several calls. She advised me to it was probably a scam and don't do anything unless I get served .
