This company is a terrible company to deal with. We have our mortgage and credit card with Chase. Our last month was behind $463 on June 3 and we had until 15th to pay. We paid it but they keep sending us certified mail on foreclosures of over one thousand dollars. At Christmas we were behind again and I paid them up and they put it on the principal not the balance due and stated I did not specify where I wanted the money to go. The credit card has been hell also. We have had them paid off for 4 months but they continue to send a bill with the yearly charge on it for $39. Even though we have asked them to cancel the account 3 times now!! What do we do?!?!
