I have been receiving phone calls from this company for weeks now and they have proceeded to call my husband and mother in law. They have told me that I applied for a loan for $300 in 2012. I have explained to them that I never applied for a loan and to email me information regarding the loan. I checked my credit report and there is nothing from this company on my report. I do not understand how a company would wait four years to contact someone regarding a loan that they took out. After everything I never received the email and they called me again today. I had asked them to stop calling me and that I would call the police for harassment. Jose told me to go ahead and call the police because they will not stop calling.
