Ordered two pairs of shoes on 2/12/16 and received a confirmation of the order(s). They have not arrived. I paid for them via PayPal. My account summary shows the order status as "processing". I have tried several times to contact the company via e-mail and have received no response. It has been nearly a month--no shoes, no communication from them.
