A debit for 49.95 appeared on my checking balance. When I called my bank and they said that charge was "on hold" but could give me no more information. I found Medchelp on line and called their 800 number. After being on hold a long time, someone came on the line and identified themselves as the answering service and offered to take my name and number and have someone call me back. I refused to do that and asked why I had been fraudulently charged. She hung up on me. BBB has complaints but cannot locate business.
