I picked this up at the grocery store you put items in the plastic zip bag. fill out the cygn receipt form. place the white original cygn receipt form in prepaid usps envelope provided. seal the prepaid envelope and place in the mailbox. I sent 35 items in the envelope. They received the package on 10/28/11 I have heard nothing from them. I have tried calling the 877 no. you get a recording and I tried e-mail and it is under construction. I would like my envelope back.
