I ordered these two weeks ago and payed for express shipping .. My order still has not even been made its "being processed".. I called to get my money back on the express shipping and the man had a terrible attitude over the phone saying he already dealt with another customer about this .. I asked ONLY for my express shipping to be refunded and he agreed after taking my order number then hung up ... He canceled my whole transaction and "refunded" me my full amount but the money was never put back on my card . don't use this site
