On Feb. 25, 2016, I signed a slip given to me by Postman, to let this company know I received envelope.
It was Fildena Capsules 100ml, 40ct.
I did make an order from this company but was sent wrong type and count. What really gets to me besides the wrong order is, there was NO order invoice inside, only a white blank paper folded around capsules. I would like to get a Refund due to: wrong order,no invoice where I can get a Refund inside envelope and see no Return address that I can understand on outside. I'm assuming what I wrote for complaint against/plus details are the Company's name and address. I typed one in and it gave me this complaint form. The capsule package does read Manufactured For Fortune Health Care with this address: 7,Satyanarayan Industrial Estate, B/H. Gross Water Tank, Vadodara- 390016. I am hoping the only details here that I have to give help know who and why they would mail item to the USA, knowing most recipients cannot read their language, to reach them, especially with NO Invoice, nothing stating of contents in shipping envelope like other Companies do. I hope to be able to find this company that I saw on Internet. I cannot find it now. On my bank trans it did give this I assume is a phone number ? 1-844-241-1468.
