Trial size offer for postage and packing cost only however £163 was taken from my account straight away. I emailed the company instantly and they said I must wait for the product to be sent so I could return it then I'd get my refund. I waited a month, nothing was sent. I've been told they'd refund my money and after constant emails they still haven't and don't reply to emails.
