On Saturday, Feb 13, 2016 I received an email from one [email protected]. I thought that I inquiring to the woman in Calif, but it was someone name Serena from Atlanta, GA. She claimed she could have my kitten shipped to my door the next day for $400.00. After I wired $200.00, she said she put the kitten on a plane. I was suppose wire the rest of the money after I received the kitten. Next thing I know the shipping company emailed me & said the kitten was stopped in Arkansas due to lack of insurance. I was asked to send $650.00 for insurance. I refused and asked this person for my money back. Of course I did not get it refunded to me. Then she told me I would be fined $8,000.00 for abonding an animal.
