I have made numerous attempts to contact them to make corrections to the error they made after acquiring our home mortgage through buying from another lender. This company is a JOKE! Zero customer service, long hold lines just to be hung up on and the web service is also a total waste of effort. They continue to make errors to our loan balance and they have only had our loan 2 months. DO NOT let them service your loan if you have a choice, I did not they bought our loan from another company. Guess you get the penalty box for paying on time all the time, thus you get sold off.
