sent for free trial then discovered they have taken 2 payments from my account.all contact numbers i cant get through on to cancel any further deliveries so as a result i have had to cancel my card and all the inconvienience that that has caused.this is not a free trial because how can you try this free trial if you have to send it back untouched so that you dont get charged if it doesnt work or does not suit your skin.these people should be stopped.I think I should get a full refund. please help.
