I too have had the pleasure of being scammed by this company this week. Paid £19.99 for unlock then next day they take £39.99 for official unlock. Pricing is not clear.
Have contacted them and they keep saying unlock has been delayed by the carrier. Official unlocks should take no more than 48hrs at most.
Have raised a dispute with my bank, informed Trading Standards and reported it to the police. Have also complained to google, who rate this website as genuine!! Spoke with Apple who also confirmed this is not an authorised carrier unlock and unlock requests should only ever go through the carrier itself.
