website advertises 15 minutes to fulfill order. It has now been 2 days and my order remains incomplete. When discussing with "live online support" all I receive are bot replies. Customer support will not reply about a refund and only says "we are out of stock at the moment" even though the site lists everything as being "in stock". This site should be shut down effective immediately for false advertising. I wish someone could help me to get a refund.
