Cell phone was locked with a message that said call 800 624 9114. They indicated they were from Apple. Asked me to plug in my ipone6 to my HP laptop so they could fix a hack called koobface. They accessed my PC remotely and said fixed hack. They added 2 malwarebytes apps & googlechrome. It looked as if they transferred all info from my hard drive and did what looked like a routine manual clean up. Charged 339.99 USA dollars. Said it would never happen again. Said I had 7 layer network protection. & removed koobface but that was a lie. I had no koobface. Said I should call them back for support. I thought it was legit until I read these post dang it.
