On 11/13/16 thought I was on PA DMV website to renewal my registration and had to put in my credit card info. Then screen was gone and had to log back into website to renewal my registeration. I was able to do this. But in mean time I was charged $2.99 on 1/13/16 and then $19.99 on 01/15/16. What a scam getting $22.98 of my money for mothing.
