Malcolm Root, of Oasis, came to California starting in 2007 and took my money back to Oasis, a company incorporated in Jacksonville, Florida. Root was then the Oasis President, he is now the Financial Officer. Patti Ballew exchanged jobs with him.
They paid at 11% interest through 11 February 2010 with $11,000 funds transfers, and then stopped. They will not answer mail, e-mail or telephone calls.
Ambassadors to and from Panama cannot find the listed parent company in Panama, and have concluded that I have been defrauded by these two people.
I have sought help everywhere I can think of. -- Now, what to do?
