Bellesse and Nouvebelle

I ordered a trial size Bellesse and Nouvebelle in December. On December 28 and January 5 two charges appeared totaling $190.62 appeared on my statement. The charges interestingly enough are listed under another name so I tracked down the company and it turned out to be Bellesse and Nouvebelle. I immediately contacted the company and tried to cancel the account. They offered me a 50% discount. I insisted the account be canceled and a confirmation email be sent to me. I have yet to receive the confirmation. The next day I went to the bank and had them cancel my card so no more charges would be made and I filed a complaint in writing.

Next to the company website and went over the entire policy for this company with a fine tooth comb and buried in the website is their return policy but they do not honor the return policy. They guarantee 100% satisfaction but when I called to get a refund and return the products I was told I could only receive a 50% refund and that it would take 20-30 days. WHAT?! First of all this was supposed to be a trial and now even though I willing to send the products back at my expense I can only get a partial refund. That does not equal 100% satisfaction that equals a scam.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM. If this company functioned with honesty and integrity it would not have so many scam reports. If anyone has a suggestion on how to go about getting my money back please post it for all of us that have been scammed.
