We purchased a training series that was guaranteed refundable. It seemed like we were not taking a risk and could decide later if it was for us or not. Once we bought the system, we realized we did not have the time necessary to complete the program and asked for our refund. A lot of back and forth, emails, phone calls, etc., and they will not refund our money as promised. Basically, they lied about their risk free, totally refundable policy. All we have gotten was responses to sell us the program and more products, meanwhile we just want OUT!
