This is the second month I have been charged by this company ($35.80 each time). Once in December and again 6 Jan 16. I went online in Nov 2015 and filled out a resume for my son. To print it I had to pay a fee of $1.99. I did that and it told me that after a 14 day free trial I would be charged $35.80 a month unless I cancelled it before then. I immediately went in and cancelled it and it accepted the cancellation but I was then charged the 35.80 in Dec 2015. I went back in and cancelled it again and it accepted it, but then I was charged $35.80 in Jan 2016.
