Stan Best, owner, contacted me via Facebook offering his services saying he was a cousin. Payment was made as agreed, in installments, via Post Office Money Orders and Best failed to produce the geneological book and chart he promised and failed to refund money after multiple texts, telephone calls requesting resolution.
I maintained records of MO receipts, texts, e-mails and copies of photos I forwarded at his request. Using Facebook to lure victims and taking money for a product he doesn't deliver is fraud.
