A friend on Facebook posted/seemed to recommend them, site seemed genuine. I impulse bought Ugg boots which I never normally do! They arrived poorly packed with no box, which raised alarm bells. I couldn't get them on, poorly made and obviously fake. I emailed for return details as no paperwork enclosed but a return address is on parcel. They said return post was too expensive for them and offered 15% refund. I emailed and said NO, full refund and I'm happy to pay return postage. No reply. I phoned Trading Standards for advice etc and they were brilliant. I'm pursuing this case to the end, whatever that is! I think this 'company' move address when complaints become too hot (as from previous complaints). They don't have a UK base as I've checked online so I've been advised to send recorded delivery letter as per citizens advice sample letters.
