I ordered a Pandora ring for my grandaughter for Xmas. Payment was taken straight away on the 1st Dec but it has only arrived today 2nd Jan. It was shown on the site I purchased it from that it was a genuine Pandora ring and would come with Pandora Box and Bag but this is not so. There are no hallmarks or the official Pandora mark on the ring.I am not sure it is even Silver as it is badly marked.I feel that this is definately a fake and do not even want to give it to my Grandaughter as she will know.
Is there anything I can do about this.
