I requested a cd in April which I never got and now on 11/08/2011 i am being charged a $53.97 monthly fee. i am going to dispute the charge with my bank and try to have it reversed. I called Grant assists number switched to customer service was hung up on three times then someone answered and said they don't issue refunds. This is a complete scam posing as a company approved by the US government.
