International boundaries
I paid to have 2 iPhones unlocked. It has been over 6 months and they are still in "submitted to supplier" status. "Stephanie" gave me a date of completion back in August but the date has long since past. The US based phone number is disconnected. They are no longer responding to emails. They have removed all status updates from their website. And of course they threaten to permanently (and illegally) blacklist the phones if you chargeback the fees or file a complaint. It's time that the Solicitor General in the UK and the US Attorney General put a stop to these guys!
