I purchased a pair of uggs through a website that was circling Facebook, being slightly naive I assumed that the uggs would be fine and I'd pay the exact amount excluding post and packaging, once I purchased the boots I checked my bank statement and £52.44p came out from Vonluxe Shop apposed to the £36 that was supposed to including p&p I've never hear of vonluxe before and to top it off the uggs have a gaping hole in them to the point where they are not even wearable and now I can't find the website or the confirmation email.. HELP
