RIP OFF! BE WARNED! Purchased avatars then a couple months later they are not there and I have to buy all over again? I contact customer support and they put me through the hoops, want screen shots, details. Then more details. Then yet another email they want more details. They just keep asking more questions instead of fixing a simple problem that they caused by having a glitchy program.
I spent half my morning back and forth in email conversation with them giving them all the information they asked for but got nothing for my troubles. Not something to waste your money on.
