I PURCHASED TWO PURSES FROM A TOPHATTER SELLER BY THE NAME OF: (UPSCALEDOWN) TOTALING OVER $130.00 ON NOVEMBER 7TH AND DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER ITEM. WHEN CONTACTING TOPHATTER SEVERAL TIMES ONLINE, BY PHONE, BY EMAIL I NEVER RECEIVED A DESCENT RESPONSE BACK FROM THEM. JUST A GENERIC EMAIL STATING THAT SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME AND NO ONE HAS DONE SO YET THEY PROVIDE A GENERIC CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER WERE YOU NEVER SPEAK WITH ANYONE AND NO ONE RETURNS A CALL WHEN LEAVING A MESSAGE. I'VE BEEN OVERLY PATIENT TO THE POINT THAT I'M GOING TO THE BBB, NEWS, AND IF I HAVE TO WILL RETAIN A LAWYER.
