I purchased items from a company and paid them £76.61p ,I have been messaging them they told me that royal mail has lost a bag full of their goods and then they told me replacements had been sent out to me today I asked for tracking details they now say they have repaid me the money I have checked with my bank they have not made a refund I just told them that they have not repaid me but they not answering me now the name of the person replying to me is Anna Taylor<[email protected]> the company is estorespandora.com
