it has been 10 weeks and i have not received the product i ordered..the site said 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. i have been in constant contact about this and would like my laptop or my money back..simple. i have been very patient but now its gone past the acceptable time frame

It is now sept 6. A total of 66 business day since i made my order for a laptop computer. i ordered the computer on the 8th of june by credit card and have gotten the run around for two months now. Do i need to inform the better business bureau and find out what step i need to take. I want a tracking number of the shipment since you have informed me that it was shipped out on August 15..after 9.5 weeks from order date. If you are not going to give me the object i have ordered than i want my credit card reimbursed immediately. i have been more than patient since it has been a total of four month and still havent recieved the product i ordered. The site informed of 6-8 weeks for delivery..it has been 13 and that is unacceptable..this was to be for my son for school and school has started. i will have no problem taking this to a higher level.

my purchase was approved on june 8th of 2011 not just now..i have waited for three months for this product and am seriously pissed off..if i do not see this product in my hands in one week i will be taking this matter to the next level.

Ok now I am one seriously pissed off person. I ordered a laptop computer through your site for the cost of shipping and handling. It was purchased and charged on my credit card on June 8th and I still have not received my purchase..I have kept every corresponding email I have had with your company. The first one saying it hasn't been 6 weeks. The second explaining it could take up to 8 weeks..the third saying it could take up to blah blah..business days to be received..after I explained it has been 50 business days. Than I finally get on saying it was shipped. After waiting three weeks for it to arrive I ask again that is going on with my order only to receive a log in code and password saying my purchase was accepted?????what???? My purchase was accepted in June of 2011. It is now Sept and I still do not have the product that you said was shipped on August 15th. So where the hell is my bought and paid for computer? I go to the link in the email and wants to give me a free laptop with my cell phone number??? Again...more bullshit.

If this is not fixed I will be informing 5/9, the BBB and Internet regulations.

I have not received a response to my last email..am I assume that you would like me to proceed with legal action..I'm sure their are more people like myself who have been scammed by your company...

I would like the charges reversed on my credit card that were charged months ago as I have not received my laptop. This has been an on going issue and I want it resolved..my next step is a law suit.
i would like a phone number so i can find out the response to my credit card being rembursed..or for my lawyer to contact..

  • i paid $39.00 for 2 items from i free club in 7/11, i received my claim had been approved. i received a user id and password but they did not work. i email ifc and they told me to use the right side of the website for settlement items. i received an email 12/20/11 telling me that they were trying to track my items but no response yet.
