The authorized officers of Collective Identity, LLC leading the business relationships were Beau Barnhart a.k.a ROY BARNHART III & Allison Kirby (his wife) of 7755 Center Ave. #1100, Huntington Beach, CA. 92647, who serves as the president, secretary and director of the corporation (according to the information available at the California Secretary of State)

We have been engaged by Collective Identity, LLC to process online payments via credit cards according to a mutually agreed and executed Terms and Conditions of the aggregated merchant account. To our deepest disappointment, Collective Identity, LLC & Mr BEAU BARNHART unilaterally violated its obligation to remit payment for services properly rendered, amounting to more than USD $100,000.

We have been trying unsuccessfully to contact Mr BEAU BARNHART a.k.a ROY BARNHART III to collect the outstanding amount, for almost three (1) months now, with lack of any communication whatsoever from both the aforementioned representatives or any other representative of Collective Identity, LLC).


Mr BEAU BARNHART a.k.a ROY BARNHART III is indulged in Online Cyber Crime since 2010 & has been targeting offshore companies to make illegal money by providing merchant accounts opened under his own name, family members and friends. Mr BEAU BARNHART a.k.a ROY BARNHART III will try to play very smart with you in the beginning & might send 2-3 payments, but the moment you have built in a good reserve, he will simply start giving you fake excuses related to chargebacks & even include his family reasons for not sending the payments. Please also note that we later on got to know from somebody that Mr BEAU BARNHART a.k.a ROY BARNHART III? ? is mentally ill & is under prescriptions by Metropolitan State Hospital Psychiatric department. ??
