i purchased 4 pandora charms from this company.. i tracked the parcel and it arrived but the items i recieved were extremely poor quality charms that look nothing like what i had ordered..the site claims that the items are genuine Pandora but they are just cheap crappy items not even resembling Pandora in any way shape of form..was meant to get 2 gold and 2 silver charms but just got junk... i have emailed asking for the return of my money but i dont hold out much hope
