After explaining that I am on SS Disability and I needed a whole house cleaned from top to bottom, I was told that a TEAM of professionals would clean my home from the ceiling down to the floors. I was also told that this would be a 6-7 hour job.
The 3 ladies were in and out in 4 1/2 hours so they could get their children off the school bus!
The basement still has mold & mildew stains(old) cob webs and dirt! My kitchen cabinets were not touched- the inside of my windows and ceilings were not dusted! A partial refund was denied! PLEASE HELP!
Update: 11/11/2011
The dollar amount was $963.00............. which equals a one month SS Disability check! They also didn't get back to me until the check was already cleared! ( the payment had to be mailed)
