I have not fallen for this scam but they continue to call--16 calls in 3 days. And, when I block one number I have been able to get out of the scam callers, the "techs" just use another number to dial from. I even called one number back and told the person who answered as Premium Technical Support that I have a company monitoring my computer and wouldn't sign up for further assistance. He hung up on me as did I others I told not to call back. This is a real shame and a nuisance. I will be looking for help from my phone carrier and a lawyer to stop the harrassment. Please warn people never to turn over the use of their computer to a stranger over the phone!
